The HAAGE Sheet Former BBS produces fast, reliable and reproducible test sheets from pulps, mechanical pulps, pulp mixtures and full materials for quality analyses. The HAAGE Sheet Former BBS provides maximum flexibility and reliability since it can be operated either automatically or manually.
The HAAGE Sheet Former BBS complies with DIN EN ISO 5269-2 (DIN 54358). Our sheet forming machines are used for analyses in laboratories of the paper industry and for production monitoring directly at the paper machines.
The preparation of test sheets is precisely described in the norm DIN EN ISO 5269-2 (DIN 54358).

Sheet Forming Pillar BBS
The Sheet Forming Pillar consists of a suction chamber with inserted support screen and Blattbildungssiebrahmen and the backward folding, graduated filling cylinder made of acrylic glass with an inserted special splash ring in its lower metal flange. By means of two side-mounted eccentric locks, the top part of the pillar locks simply and easily.
