Application of HAAGE High-Pressure Autoclaves

• High pressure and high temperature gas- and liquid reactions, for example: carbonylization, hydrogenation, polymerization, halogenation
• Heterogenous and homogenous catalytic reactions
• Liquid/liquid reactions
• Exo- and endothermic reactions
• Tests of substances under high pressures and temperatures, e.g. stability tests and corrosion tests
• Processes with supercritical water or supercritical gases

Basic Equipment:

• Gas inlet valve with immersion tube
• Gas outlet valve
• Pressure gauge
• Thermometer well for the measurement of the inside temperature
• Drill-hole for the measurement of the wall temperature
• Rupture disk holder, including 10 replacement rupture discs
• Central connection point for rotary stirrer

Magnetic Stirrer Torque: 60, 120, 180 NCM Rotational speed: 0 - 3000 Upm Max. pressure: 1.000 bar Max. temperature: 500 °C in the inside of the autoclave
